* Each new journey has an attendance fee of £50. It is included in the price. This fee does not apply to hearing protection appointments.
** There is no further £50 fee if a hearing test/ wax removal cannot be performed. This may be because of a contraindication such as wax or an infection.
*** A service journey is for existing patients hearing aids, it does not include an attendance fee. The fee of £25 is to address the complaint and covers any additional visits.
